WholesaleOps is Modern Ethos’s private business assistant. It helps our team review supplier catalogs, research products, organize documents and prepare business correspondence through authorized Telegram conversations.
It is used to support our own operations and is not offered for public registration.
Why it connects to Google
With the account owner’s permission, WholesaleOps uses the connected Google account to carry out the team’s requested business tasks.
Gmail
Find relevant correspondence, summarize messages, prepare and edit drafts, and send approved emails.
Drive
Read supplier files, organize business documents and save reports.
Docs, Sheets & Slides
Read and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations used by the business.
Calendar & Contacts
Check availability, manage events and maintain business contact records.
Google’s permissions can cover the connected account beyond an individual folder. The assistant is instructed to use information relevant to authorized business tasks.
People stay in control
Outgoing emails and invitations require owner approval. The assistant supports the team’s decisions; it does not independently authorize purchases or business commitments.
Relevant business content may be processed by OpenAI and delivered to authorized team members through Telegram. Our privacy policy explains this processing and sharing.
